Why are my local pickup orders in ShipStation not showing customer information?!

Starting last night at some point, all of our local pickup orders are importing to ShipStation without the customer's name.  I know this is an eBay bug, or maybe it was an intentional change in their API, because we also use custom in house software and the orders are pulling into it without any customer information.  Having names in ShipStation is not as important because the customers are picking up their items, but we have to have names on the invoices we process.  It is a pain to have to go onto eBay online and manually write customer's names on our printed invoices.  Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't know if it's intentional or not, I would say it's more likely a glitch.

 

There have been major issues with communication between eBay's tracking info and USPS tracking info.

eBay has been either lagging days behind or at times not updating at all.

This might be better suited to the technical board so I'll ask it be moved there.
