Unable to add employee to Multi User Access Account

We are unable to add employee to help with drafts. When the employee clicks to accept it shows a page that says "It's not you Its'us" try again later. This has been going on for a month. We have contacted customer service numerous times to no avail. We have gone through all of the steps numerous times with numerous agents, turned on permissions ( on both ours and employee's account ), tried anything they suggest. It seems none of them have a clue as to what to do. They say they can't add an employee manually. We were told on 4 separate occasions a "ticket" was put in to have this fixed. We later find out that nothing was put in. 

PLEASE help!!!!

Hey, I joined the crowd. I too cannot add a user to my business account even as they already have an existing eBay account. All I want them to do is to do my digital marketing for me so i checked off three of the checks. This is problematic when you cannot contact someone in support.

@artsman @nehami21 Make sure the account you are adding is opted in to Seller Hub. That's required for Multi User Account Access.

 

If you're still having problems, click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page then select the link at the bottom to report a technical issue. eBay does review those reports.
