Is it normal for packages by USPS to be late for 2 months?

Last update was on 17/03/2021 and still stuck at a transfer airport in SIMON BOLIVAR, CARACAS, VENEZUELA..

The irony is the place I'm at is half way across the globe... Could it be possible that they misrouted from the first place and now stuck in some foreign country..

South America can be a Black Hole, I've had packages disappear for months only to show up at my door as Undeliverable. I no longer ship there.

I think you can call it officially lost at this point. Has the estimated delivery date passed? If so, file an INR case with eBay. Or, if its more than 30 days past that date, go to your payment source.

Once it leaves the US it's no longer the USPS, but whatever nation it's in's postal system. 

Without some clue as to the actual destination it's hard to say what's happened here.

Package was returned to me, there was an issue with the address.
