I had a very large commercial order that took a few days to prepare and I have my handling time set to 5 days for such situations and it shipped the day before it was due but the only scan before my handling time is "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" and it's only the day after my handling time the tracking showed "Accepted at USPS Origin Facility".
Will eBay consider it shipped on the day of the "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" scan or the day of the "Accepted at USPS Origin Facility" scan and will this order be considered as shipped late even if they will get it delivered on time?
Thank you

I assume items leaving Canada are OK during the mail strike.
USA at this time cannot send items to Canada during the strike.
I notice a lot of sellers in my category took from Canada "time away' until December 17-18.

What matters is:
for "tracking uploaded on time and validated"
1. Tracking was added within your handling time. Check.
2. A tracking scan appears at some point - any point - along the way. Check.
for "late shipping rate"
1. Item is delivered within eBay's estimated delivery window or there's a scan within your handling time. Either will work.
I believe "arrived shipping partner facility" is enough to count as accepted per eBay standards.

I hadn't even considered the strike as I use a company that takes my packages across the border and "re-ships" them with USPS. That's why the first scan is normally 1-2 days after the day I actually shipped.

USPS put out a nationwide USA warning to not mail anything to Canada through USPS at this time.
Good Luck.

I'm shipping from Canada to USA not using Canada Post at all so this is unaffected by the strike.
