My package hasn't moved since 2 weeks

My package hasn't move since Nov 21st. According to the tracking information the item has arrived in the International Shipping Centre but it has been stuck there. What can I do?

eBay shows an estimated delivery date for every purchase. Check your email confirmation and look at the latest date in the estimated delivery window. If your item doesn't arrive by that date you can file a non-receipt claim.

I would wait another 10 days then file a "not received" claim. International shipments take longer. Some didn't get to my customers for 6-8 weeks.
