I voided a First Class shipping label a week ago after I'd paid for it.
The amount was wrong; it was quite high; it was my mistake, but mistakes happen.
I then purchased a correct label, which I used to ship the package.
I canceled the first label a week ago, and have not been refunded for it yet.
How long does it take to get refunded for a voided label?

It takes 2 - 3 weeks to get the credit because USPS won't approve it until they're sure that you really didn't use the label.

With managed payments, where does the voided label refund show up? Before MP, I was always sent a notification that the refund had been issued, but with MP I haven't seen any notifications on the voided labels having been refunded. The voided labels are 3 weeks to 2 months old now.

It shows up on the summary page.....just like the shipping charges........so it's easy to miss seeing.....

The last USPS label I had voided, it took between 3 - 4 weeks before receiving the refund.

That is a long time. It's been two weeks with no refund.
I have not signed up for Managed Payts. I am still using Paypal.
That means the refund will show up in my PayPal account, right?

I appreciate the information as we have dedicated CS and every rep I talked to along with email requests did not know how this was resolved or where to find the Credit. We were directed to take it up with USPS and of course USPS said there was not a way to file the request for refund through them.....
So, after reading a lot of the replies in the Community this was the correct information. In Payments section click the All Transactions and then Shipping Labels to see all of your label charges. I tried several ways to narrow it down as we have a lot of labels made and unfortunately was not able to search for the label by USER ID / Item Id or Order Number - you will have to scan all of your labels to find the Refund. At least all of your charges are in Red and the Refund amount is in black so does make it a bit easier to find. Please note that these amounts do not show on your Invoice under Credits or in the Payments section under Credits - which is where you would think any Refund or Credit should appear.
As for the time frame for the Refund, one on Oct 21 took 23 days and another on Nov 24 took 15 days. This is acceptable as usually through PayPal we would see aprox 4 weeks on average.
I passed along this information to the last CS I spoke to and hopefully it will spread to others so we don't have to hunt through Community threads to find an answer to something so basic

I had to void a couple on Nov. 19. Still no refund.
