Unable to print return label

I received authorization for a return but when I tried to print the label I got "We could not process

your request because of a technical issue.  Please try again."  I have tried and still won't work.

I can print a label through EBay but how will I get my refund?

You wont be refunded if you print your own return label..what kind of return is this? Is it domestic?

Check @reevesneola if you already have a refund. If you do, you can't print a return label anymore.

Otherwise, click Resend label or Email label, if either option is available in addition to Print label.

There are 3 places you can print the label from:

1- ebay messages

2- purchased items

3- your private email address where you receive ebay messages

Did you try all three?
