Is anyone else having perpetual issues with USPS scan form generation? The past 1.5-2 weeks I have maybe 2 or 3 days where it will actually generate a scan form, but the rest of the days I get this error. Never had any problems with it before aside from an odd day every now and again, but it seems to be a perpetual issue now. Been leaving 1 star reviews on 'Tell us what you think' the past week providing this same feedback and never got any responses or followup from eBay....

I have not experienced this problem and have printed scan forms every day including today. I print shipping labels on my desktop and use Edge browser.

YES!!!! I have the exact same issue, and time frame. I've read it might be a time of day issue? I print around 8-9 pm est. I've tried different browsers as well, no help. I can tell when its gonna happen when purchasing shipping labels, it hangs with the spinning icon for a minute.

I tend to generate labels around 8-10pm EST daily. Still having issues, but I'll have to see if another timeframe works.

same issues, I called eBay, they first didn't have a clue what I was talking about, then, after some "research", said they will fix it. It was a week ago, still not generating from time to time. Now I just never know, it's a hit or miss now. I do ship after 8pm, for the next day, maybe will try early morning time.

As an update on this topic, after two contacts with customer support and their "research", they acknowledge a systemic issue. This is now a persistent issue for over 10 weeks. Multiple 1 star reviews on "how we're doing", multiple contacts with Ebay customer service and still no fix. Bulk shipping purchased between 8pm EST and 10:30pm EST continue to fail in generating bulk scan forms.
This is beyond disappointing. This has never been an issue in my 4 years of selling, and yet, eBay finds themselves completely and utterly incapable of reversing a platform-wide issue after 10 weeks.

If this was a small window I think it would be fine, but a 2.5+ hour gap in capability that persists over 10+ weeks is beyond reasonable.

I have been having this same problem since beginning of 2023. Have contacted customer service and was assured it will be fixed. So far it is not fixed
