Is anyone else having problems downloading the generated SCAN form in the bulk shipping page? It generated and shows it is available but when I click the Print button (which should download it to my computer), it says the form was not found on the server.

go guarantees that it is correct but try changing the web address to pr3 from pr4.

I had that problem yesterday as well.
Tried changing the URL but that didn't work. I only had one package, so I had the clerk at the post office just scan my package and get a receipt.
