USPS First class package max weight

Just tried to list something with USPS first class shipping 15oz and it tells me that the max for first class is 13oz?

It has not been 13 oz for several years. What is up with that?

Curious. I can print 15 oz First Class labels. Hmmm....

If you select Retail pricing then the max is 13oz, if you select Commercial pricing then the max is 15.99oz.

The only way to select retail pricing that I know of is go to the post office

I figured it out, I had letter selected instead of package or thick envelope. Thanks
