I sent two helmets and they were packaged and shipped at the same. They are very similar is appearance. My assistant inadvertantly mixed up the two orders, and sent them each to the wrong peron. Customer A asked for am refund, but asked me directly, and not through the official refund/retunr method. I sent him the refund. Customer B is more patient, and has yet to ask for a refund, but is cooperative and both are awaiting further instructions on what do with the helmet. I see no obvious way to send each a label to use to ship the helmets to one another. Ebay cutomer support says that "since the labels were already used (duh, obviosly), they cant just be reprinted through Ebay (makes sense), so only thing I can do is purchase each label outside of Ebay (at full price). Is there no way to do this through Ebay and receieve the Ebay discount? does one or both customers need to submit an official return request? Or do i really need to bite an even bigger bullet and now pay full price for 2 new labels?, on top of the loss from refunding the one customer the full amount, including what he paid for the intitial label?

The buyers need to file an INAD, then provide a return shipping label.
When returned, refund buyers.
Relist and they can buy again.

UPDATE:
This seems to be the new situation. Ive refunded the one customer, So it seems I can get the one helmet back from customer B, and customer A will ship customer B's helmet to him, provided I send him the label to do so
