Trying to send two items in one package

I tried to combine the two items one buyer brought from me. They made to purchases without asking to combine them. I chose to combine them in one package and ebay is trying to get me to print up two labels.  Ebay looks like they are making it harder to combine package. What if someone buys 4 or more at one time without asking to combine?

Print shipping for one of the items. Copy the tracking number and enter it into the other item that is Awaiting Shipping. Click where it says "add tracking" and enter the tracking number for the 2nd item.

Go to your orders awaiting shipment. Check off the ones to combine.  From the dropdown menu select print shipping labels or invoices.

On the next screen choose to print shipping labels. The next screen will show the orders to combine. Combine them, make sure the weights are correct and then you can combine them all in one shipment with one shipping label.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Are you also refunding the shipping charge that they paid on the second item?

If not then ship two separate packages.

Also after you have bought the label and added the tracking to the other purchase, if there is a difference in the shipping cost then issue a partial refund for the defense on 1 of the 2 purchases.

I never knew that was an option. Thanks for the tip.

If they paid twice, they often expect two packages. You could receive bad feedback if you don't send them two. It's happened to many sellers.
