I ordered one month before still, I didn't receive the item and also cannot track the good. But It's a china post. 

Can somebody help me, please? If you have any solution please share it.

If you are past the estimated delivery timeframe, open an item not received case on Ebay.

Always vet your seller and the listing.  Check to see where the seller is registered, not item location, because the item will likely be shipped from the country the seller is registered in.  Look to see how many negatives and neutrals the seller has and actually read the feedback comments they have received as they may reveal a pattern of complaints and issues.
