How are you delivering those memory cards to your buyers? If you are buying them yourself when an order comes in then you cannot use the tracking number of the seller you bought it from because that has been purchased by them and not you.
From the looks of your feedback so far it looks like your card supplier has some major issues: one buyer received trinkets but no memory card and another received a card that does not work. You should try listing items that you own yourself and that people will want to buy from you in Pakistan.
