Did you mean:

The USPS MEMPHIS TN DISTRIBUTION CENTER is losing packages.

It seems to me that as the seller must bare the problems of non-delivery of the items that were actually shipped. I have seen this a lot in this industry especially along the east coast.. Even though I did my part it is obvious that I must refund you due to ebay rules that state that I am responsible for the US Post Office delivery problems to the East Coast. As this is has happened, after the refund was issued the package just appeared to be delivered after all. I grow tired of these ebay games to make the seller the fall guy and bad person.

The USPS MEMPHIS TN DISTRIBUTION CENTER is the problem not me.

I have to stop shipping to the southern states that Memphis handles. That would be all of the southern states now.
I cannot afford to ship orders out and then refund them all due to the MEMPHIS TN DISTRIBUTION CENTER..

Are you putting tracking on your items?  Contact the Post Office Police in WDC with this evidence - I am not joking.  You need to help the solve the problem because who else will?  Showing them dead tracking that ends at the Distro Center should be a powerful argument.

they recently arrested a mother and son team where mom was a superviser pilfering shipments from a coin dealer and the son sold them at the local pawn shop, somewhere in the midwest.

Don't call the fraud dept, because it's not fraud. I have called and spoken to the Sec of the board of Governors Mr Elston and he admitted that the USPS is a cluster@#$& now. Try calling your local or regional USPS consumer affairs office and open a lost package and or package trace case. Don't call the 800 number cause they won't help with anything. There is no shortage of issues with the USPS right now. I had 13 lost packages in just a month and some have now been delivered after being in transit for nearly 2 months. Atlanta and Memphis are having some major issues. Good luck.

I've also had packages get stuck at that location and it's infuriating. DeJoy's "Delivering for America" plan has been implementing new processing and delivery centers nationwide which has been mismanaged and has led to disruptions and misrouting. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's watched packages go back and forth between locations several times, sit at a location for days, or go to the opposite side of the country from where it's supposed to be going. It's beyond frustrating.
