Error message from ebay

I receive an error message when I try to print a label on ebay.  "We couldn't process your request. Please try again."  How do I contact ebay to fix this?

What service are you trying to purchase?

Does the error come when you try to purchase the label or when you try to print the label? There's a big difference.

Are you on the website? App? Using bulk shipping or single shipping?

Need some details to go on here.
