this has been happening since mid April 2024. I’ve reached out to eBay, about this issue, and they do not know what it is. I thought maybe it’s because I added my printer, which is a canon mg3520 to my Microsoft laptop recently, so I removed it from the device, and nothing has improved. I have printed labels from my Samsung tablet faithfully for the last 5 years, Prior to that I used my Dell PC, and now I don’t know what is going on. eBay has been doing some changes that are really affecting my productivity in regards to shipping. If anybody else is going through the same issue, or has found a solution, please let us all know how to overcome this obstacle, thank you.

The password might be from the .pdf reader installed on that MS laptop....(just thinking out loud)

Can you open the PDF using a PDF reader?

No, Ive tried different passwords, not sure which one it wants. So now whenever I print up a label I make sure to screenshot it first and that way I'm able to print it out no matter what.

I've had the same issue and I also have a Canon printer. No matter what I do, I can't get them to print and I have no idea what password it would be asking for. Checked all setting, thinking maybe I can change a setting to stop it from asking for a password, but nothing. I also screenshot them as soon as I purchase them because that is the only way I can print them.

Did this ever get figured out? I'm new to eBay but not new to reselling and I'm having this same issue now. Did you ever get it figured out? I thought it might be the PDF reader and I have a Canon printer as well. But opens in prints things just fine that aren't from eBay.
