System won't allow me to enter tracking on large combined order

After a long pause the page to add tracking comes up blank.  

I could manually go into each of 38 orders but my time is too valuable.

try another browser and/or clear history, cache etc.

If it does not work, you need to decide what is more valuable, 20 minutes lost by adding the numbers manually, or 38 items not having tracking numbers.

Ebay just can't handle combined orders.  

I discovered the technical issue board and will post there.   Changing to a clean browser did not help.  

I think I should be getting credited for my monthly store fee, since the Ebay is not fixing this never ending problem.

eBay's bulk shipping page is set up to combine orders for you so you can purchase one shipping label and the tracking will automatically upload to each transaction:

Do you have any browser add-ons? Sometimes that can interfere with pages loading correctly.

If you do not add the tracking numbers you will get 38 dings for failing to upload the numbers, and 38 dings for non-shipment/non-delivery. What is THAT worth to you?

Weigh the 38 minutes (?) spent against the angst of the 38 packages moving without tracking. Which would feel longer?

My concern would be the potential for 38 item not received claims hitting my seller metrics.

still nonfunctioning unable to add tracking en groupe...as for it hitting my sales metrics, these days sales are so slow it would wipe me out.

Have you tried selecting smaller batches like 5-10 items at a time @deltilogical?

 I don't seem to have that functionality - its either one at a time or all of them at once (which won't work). 

Of course, maybe Ebay removed that functionality and just didn't tell the sellers.

I had one today where one buyer bought 2 items as individual orders. I printed one label to ship both together. While the ship page was open I copied the tracking number (ctrl+C). Then I returned to my list of sold items, clicked on "enter tracking": and hit "ctrl+v" (paste) then clicked save. Took less than 5 seconds.

So at 5 seconds each 38 would take less than 4 minutes.

That is what is not functioning.   I do not have th e option to Control V.   Once again, my page looks like the image above I posted on

there is no way to enter the tracking other than opening  each order one by one.

The other day I opened my TO be Shipped Tab and the order had magically reappeared, and functioning normally - and I could enter the tracking #'s as normal.

Today's combined order fun is a different order of 12 or so items shows As Shipped but it won't move out of Awaiting Shipment into the Shipped tab.
