System won't allow me to enter tracking on large combined order

After a long pause the page to add tracking comes up blank.  

I could manually go into each of 38 orders but my time is too valuable.

That's a widespread error eBay is working on fixing. You can read more about it in the pinned post on the tech issues board.

I’ve had a similar problem every single time I try to upload tracking on combined shipping.  As soon as I print the label I try numerous times to add the tracking to the other items and it won’t take.  After at least half a dozen attempts I give up in frustration.  I always contact the buyer and inform them of the situation.  Now I received word from eBay that because I’m not uploading in time ….. my Top Rated Seller status is in jeopardy and their going to give me a month or so to rectify? How can I rectify their issue?  This is unacceptable.  I can’t even find a working 800 number to speak with an actual human.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if I misread this, but if all 38 items where shipping under the same tracking number, why didn't you combine them first on the bulk shipping page?  Then by adding tracking to the combined shipping order ebay automatically enters that tracking number to each of the items selected for the combined shipment.
