I agree with the 100,000 other folks posting on here.  The warranty is a waste of time.  They don't honor it.  Period.  Bought an ebay electronic toy for my grand son's birthday.  My husband got it to work before we wrapped it.  When he opened it, it would make a lot of noise but the remote couldn't get it to go forward or back.  Square Trade told me they won't cover it.   Grrrrr.  Won't make THAT mistake again.  DON'T BUY THE SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY.  Beware.

Why didnt you just file an item not as described case? Ebay has your back for thirty days, Paypal for 180.
