When I try and fill out the missing mail form on USPS I get:
The address provided is the location of a third-party reshipper. Items addressed to a third-party reshipper are not eligible for further inquiry. For further assistance with this issue, please contact the third-party reshipper.
The tracking history shows no scan in two weeks:

I would skip the missing mail search and file a lost package insurance claim. Most USPS packages are covered up to $100.

Are you the buyer or the seller?
If you are the seller, has the buyer filed a Not Received or just contacted you?

I am the seller. The buyer has not contacted me yet. Maybe they have received it as usps says, "The address provided is the location of a third-party reshipper."

Do not contact buyer.
Florida is like a hub of likes for 'freight forward'.
Check buyer feedback eBay ID to see what country item might be going through.
I am not sure how covered you are...others might tune in to tell you here.
It usually needs to say 'delivered' to the place in "Miami'.
You might not get a 'delivered' of item in tracking.
I have some packages 'In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late' on 'freight forward' from last year...LOL
The buyers were honest and gave me positive feedback. Items never showed 'delivered'.

It won’t get marked as delivered. Plus it won’t let you open any cases once they add that it has been delivered on the secondary page when you try to open a search. The usps level of incompetence knows no bounds. Just hope the buyer doesn’t open a case. You already know it has been delivered.

No, if the post office already has the item in their system as delivered any further inquiries are not allowed. You cannot open a case period.

@thisisall1word I would just let sleeping dogs lie.
Unless you get something from the buyer, dont contact them.

every package arriving at the seminole-orlando facility is either lost, stolen, damaged or stuck there for several days and the post office don't care.
