Seller is not posting any tracking information and is not responding to my messages after I purchase

I recently purchased a Momo Daytona racing seat for a car that I'm building, and it has been 7 days since I purchased the item, and there is no tracking information or anything, so I tried to contact the seller, but he is not responding. I don't want to lose $800, what can I do?

Sellers are not required to communicate they also are not required to upload tracking.

Have you checked the sellers handling time in the listing? 
What can you do? If you don't receive your item you can do this.....

Wait until the day after the last estimated date of delivery to open an item not received case by clicking "I didn't receive it" in the More actions drop down menu next to the item. 
The seller will have 2 days to provide tracking or a refund. If by the 4th business day you don't hear from the seller either way you can return to the case to click "Ask eBay to step in" for your refund.

This must be quite disturbing to you; however, if you will read eBay's Money Back Guarantee, you'll see that you are well protected.

In the listing when you made the purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date.  Evidently that date was satisfactory to you or you would not have made the purchase, right?

If/when that date arrives and you've not received your item, check for tracking.  (But I bet you're checking tracking just about every day, right?) If there is no tracking or no evidence of movement, you can open an item not received case the day after the EDD.

BTW,  there's no eBay requirement that a seller respond to messages from the buyer.

The deadline is today, and there is no tracking information, so, without it, I cannot confirm the status of my purchase. I know that the seller is not obligated to respond to my messages, however, if he is not providing any status or information about the situation, how can I know what's going to happen?

Open an Item Not Received case tomorrow then
