Think I got it working. I had confused "Format" for the vinyl record. I
replaced :"Record" with "FixedPrice" and it seemed to work. Though I do
get a warning below. I did try and add "PaymentProfileName" -> "eBay
Payments" . But the warning is still ...

I've bought and sold phones without any major issue. If you sell locally
you will get pennies on the dollar. If you buy locally you will deal
with untrustworthy sellers with zero buyer protection..
