Hi @404811 . I assume you are the buyer since this account shows no sales history. Is that correct?
Did you place the order yet? If you haven't placed the order or paid, you can change your address on the checkout screen and also under your account settings.
Once an item is paid for, the seller cannot change the shipping address. You will have to submit an order cancellation request so you can repurchase with your correct shipping address. If it's too late for the seller to cancel (or if the seller refuses to cancel) then you may want to work with the current resident of the address entered at checkout so you can retrieve the package from them, or contact the local PO and ask them to hold the package for pickup. Submit a Cancellation Request
You can visit this page to make sure your registration and shipping addresses are both up to date. Once you enter your new address, change it to your default address which will allow you to delete the old address. Account Settings: Addresses
You can file a change of address and mail forwarding request with USPS which will take a minimum of 3 biz days, or up to 2 weeks to go into effect. https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm

When you post a message here, you're addressing a large group of eBay buyers and sellers.
Exactly who should your message be directed to? A seller? A buyer? eBay itself?

Congratulations! 👏👏👏👏
Yes, my first thought... the OP got a new home.
Not clear whether that was a step up, however. 😅

Come on guys, why the snark? We've seen enough messages from posters to have an idea what the issue is and at least guess what questions to ask.

@wastingtime101 You're intuitive and kind. We all need more of that.
Thank you.

I do not deny that I deserve your mild reprimand.
But really... the OPs opening post reminds me of some of the other sterling contributions that we see here -- "eBay SUCKS!" or "I want to sale," or my all time favorite, "wheres my money."
(When my kids were toddlers, they too would communicate with me in abbreviated sentences. But that was cute. This, not so much. 😁)
How much effort does it take for a human being - who has an eBay account and who, therefore, must possess some rudimentary understanding of the English language and basic communication skills -- to post a moderately comprehensible question?
Quite honestly, I view these sorts of posts -- "Address has changed" -- as disrespectful and worse, entitled. The OP seems to not care that others have to decipher his concern.
(My first thought was, whose address, seller's or buyer's? If the second, that takes us down a completely different path... but why play guessing games to begin with?)
I'm afraid that I am horribly old fashioned, and I do not apologize for the fact that at age 65, I have some basic expectations of other human beings.
Next time I will reply to the sort of question posed by OP with the explication above ⬆️. regards
