Shipping labels not working

Trying to print label and it keeps reverting to UPS or FedEx even though that was not on option. Says buyer selected it. Any work around?

Almost sounds like USPS may not be available (as an option) for the buyers "ship to" address......

Used to be a way to check that, but I can't remember off the top of my head

I ship to this buyer weekly. Never had an issue till this morning. It's 2 buyers

You have FedEx ground or FedEx home delivery in your listing.

I've never offered that. On another one it only has USPS ground advantage but it also reverts to FedEx or ups

Regardless of what you have chosen, you can pick another carrier by just clicking the 'compare more services'. 

 

I just used shipping labels 5 minutes ago (8:21 am PST) and it worked (printed 3).

I wasn't doubting you. I said I've never used fed ex or ups. Never given that option.

On the other 1925 LA map it says ground advantage but reverts to UPS.

This one also says ground advantage but keeps reverting to UPS when I put in measurements.

Doesn't mean the buyer didn't change the ship-to address. Did you verify it is the same as previous orders?

Could be a possibility.

Same address. It's now doing this to all labels even though it says ground advantage

I am out of ideas....I just used it (desktop) and it was fine. (I chose a non-default method, too)

that is why i have multiple sources for shipping labels. Redundancy is my savior...LOL

It would be interesting to import (integrate) this order into Pirateship and see what options you receive.
