Trying to print label and it keeps reverting to UPS or FedEx even though that was not on option. Says buyer selected it. Any work around?

@selsa84 right there on the ebay shipping screen below the few 'ways to ship' are shown (see pic). Doe not matter what you 'used' when setting up a listing (as long as you don't ship using a slower method that stated)
Are you using ebay labels?
You can also try using another web browser (use google chrome, or download it and have it as an 'always' option in your lower task bar; or use Edge or whatever is 'different' than what you are using; then sign into ebay etc)
You can also just buy a label using Pirate Ship or USPS website direct and then input the tracking number in the ebay purchase.

13 inches by 9.5 inches 1 inch thick. I've shipped a few of these and never had an issue. Even the eBay cs on Twitter isnt sure why it's happening.

Desktop doesn't work either

Also never had this issue on mobile till eBay updated seller hub yesterday

Did you try signing on to ebay using a different browser?
I know windows 10 Edge 'resets' and I have to hit the 'Refresh' for all sites about 1 time per week for every site and/or page (like going from 'ebay' to 'ebay "community" etc.). and have had to do that well before 'windows 10' stopped backing their stuff (since around early summer).

I've tried everything.

For now I would just go to usps clicknship and print it from there, you just have to enter the tracking number into ebay.
It's going to be cheaper anyway anywhere from .20 cents to a few dollars depending on the dims and destination. Atleast it is for me, it shouldn't be I made a complaint about it. commercial pricing should be lower than clicknship but..... ever since the 5th it's not
you may also want to open a ticket for the issue, the more tickets they get for a problem, the faster they work on it.

@babyers88 no idea where you get the 'it's going to be cheaper' as it is not.

And the weight? I ask because I've had things with the wrong number input somewhere in there before, and it does just what you're seeing.

9 ounces . Same as the others I've shipped

It'll say USPS until I put in the measurements. Then I put measurements in and save and it changes automatically to UPS
