Anyone else having the problem of the shipping label margins having disappeared AGAIN? A couple of weeks ago, my shipping page changed again, this time without warning and without the option to go back to the old page. No biggie, except now the option to move the margins has just disappeared from the print dialog box. Last time there was a major update to the shipping page (maybe a year or so ago?), the same happened, but ebay eventually fixed it, and I was able to just use the classic label page until it got fixed. This time, I don't have that option. I have tried both versions (it offers PDF and PNG), I've tried saving it to my computer and printing from the saved file, I've tried opening the saved file with another app (open office, adobe, word pad, note pad), I get NO options to even see the margin settings, much less change them. I've sent messages to ebay twice through spots where they offer to let me leave feedback to them, but haven't gotten any response. The left side of all my labels is cut off and I'm wasting paper, all because I can't adjust the margins when printing labels. Any ideas? Is this happening to anyone else?

No. I have no problems with margins. I simply selected that I use a laser/ink jet printer. That was eons ago and I have never made any changes. My labels get printed on a 8-1/2 x 11 sheet that contains 2 adhesive backed labels.

What type of printer are you using and what is selected for ebay?

I use a Canon MF232w and I normally print to an 8.5x11 regular sheet of paper, then tape the label on to the package. I have the ability to change the margins in the print dialog box (the box that pops up after you hit print) everywhere EXCEPT ebay, that option is just missing from the dialog box after the last time my shipping labels page was updated. Did your shipping labels page get updated recently?

I'm having the exact same problem! Only I print using half pages, portrait. The left edge of my labels are getting cut off. No way to access margins to change them. I had a frustrating day trying to print labels! Finally started downloading the png and was able to print them, but super big. I really resent having to waste hours trying to figure this out, when the ability to change margins is so basic to printing. Does anyone know the secret?

I've had to accept a workaround for now. When I hit buy postage, a print dialogue box pops up. I have to close that (no margins), then hit the top box underneath it, "print label" (not download label, the bottom box), and this brings up a browser tab with nothing in it but the label, then I can right click and hit print and the margins are there in the print dialogue box, where they fricking belong. I dislike having to add extra steps, but it's workable. At least the left side of my labels is back and I can move them around on the page as I need to to avoid wasting paper.

Problem top and left margin chopped by 1/8". Solved problem by downloading shipping label and printing it through Windows 10. This gives a new page which must be reduced to 100% and is centered on the page ready for printing as expected.
