I sold an antique Bank that shipped through the global Shipping program. The invoice was filled out by the manager in Kentucky stating that the item was an antique Bank, however the buyer did not receive a bank. He received some signatures and memorabilia items that fit into an envelope. The buyer has opened up an inad. Could someone let me know exactly what steps I need to take to get this resolved. Thank you so much

GSP is known for mixing up items. Not to worry it's not your problem. Have the buyer file an item not as described case. looks like they have already done that so it should be in GSP's hands Since it was a GSP shipment the case will be handed to them as they provide their own insurance.

@candyjoso-9 If I were you, I'd get eBay involved now to stay on top of this. During regular business hours you can contact someone on social media. Go to eBay for Business on Facebook and just hit send a message. They are very good about replying within an hour. Make sure you give them the item and/or transaction #, then just explain as you did here. These are not the CS rep we used to get over the phone either. They will be able to see what you sold vs what the buyer received. Point out the weight of the bank as that would be far different from an envelope item. Best of luck to you....
