Shipping an order that requires 2 boxes, how do I print a label for each box?

I had to split an order (going to the same person & address) to ship in 2 boxes and each box is a different size and weight.  How do I print the second label when it's a part of the same transaction?  Thanks, bubba

Print the first label for the first box... then once that is printed, go to your "Paid and Shipped" orders... in the drop down menu to the left of that item, do "Print Shipping Label". It will tell you you already printed one when you get to the next screen. Ignore that message and print the second label, using weight and dimensions of the second box. I would make sure you send a message to the buyer that you are shipping in two boxes and give them the two tracking numbers in that message.

There is also a link for "Print another label for this order" on the screen that appears after you purchase the first label. It brings up a new label prep form where you can adjust the package weight and dimensions as needed before purchasing.

All is well, both labels printed and your suggestions were a good learning process. Thanks, bubba

I could be wrong but I don't think you can use the same label twice, barcode numbers for 2 separate boxes.

Never mind, I thought you were reprinting the same label to use on the second box.

I agree with yhlml. You can't just use the same label for each box. The bar codes will be the same and I bet the PO catches it.

It would be great if we could just  use 1 label for purchases. The zoned postage rates are killing me!

Oops. Let us know if 2 different tracking numbers were printed.
