Shipping rate table does not work. Has anyone experianced this glitch? When you add your rate table to the listing it shows as if it was applied to the listing then if you go back and revise the listing it showes that it didn't apply the rate table. This is only happening with new listings .

I don't think it is absolutely necessary to be "added". You can put in your name in that thread I mentioned above, but this is clearly a universal problem with the Advanced Listing Tool, and so when it gets fixed for one seller I assume it will be fixed for all.

I have a rate table I added and is working just on a recent relist. Revised the listing and that didn't uncheck the box or affect the rate table in any way. (I have not gotten around to creating any new listings to check that scenario)

1. It affects new listings and listings that are being edited ... the problem is likely due to the Advanced Listing Tool. It does not affect listings GTC listings that are rolling over.

3. If the rate table had been previously working, it will continue to be in effect. However, if you edit/revise the listing, then the Rate Tables will stop working.

I use the advanced listing tool.
I don't have any GTC.
My listings never relist automatically.

I enabled rate tables for a sell similar that is a scheduled listing, have revised it numerous times, and the rate tables are working (admittedly that might not trigger the issue as it hasn't gone live)
I added rate tables to an relist, have revised it multiple times, and the rate tables are working.
I created a brand new listing from scratch last night, have revised it multiple times, and the rate tables are working.

I am not seeing the issue. Listings viewed with Firefox 3.6.24, 31, and 52 (signed in and not signed in), and revised with FF 31 and 52. Revised description, changed listing default shipping from free FCP to $2 flat rate PM, no change. It still works.

Seductivedreamz indicated all browsers tried, so more evidence it probably isn't a browser issue, but I can't explain why mine work.

In the post previous to yours I just said mine work fine.

I'm trying to see if there is any common factor or reason why I am having no problems and you and others are.

Maybe it is because your listings are not GTC.

My shipping rate tables are still not working ...

Ok. That is the missing piece.

I may have missed it, but where in any of these threads did anyone state that it was GTC listings only affected?

Not all accounts are affected, We still dont know why or how it can be fixed

Same problem here. I'm from Hong Kong and I have reported to my eBay RM (relationship manager). Hope he can do something to speed up the fix. I have three eBay accounts and all have same problems.

My sales have been slow for a while and I did not know about the reason. Then today I received a message from a potential buyer asking for the postage rate for shipping an item to the UK. (I have specified a postage rate for all countries for all items, using ebay's shipping rate table) However I viewed the listing and it says "This item will ship to United Kingdom but the seller has not specified shipping options. Contact the seller- opens in a new window or tab and request a shipping method to your location."

After some research, I realised I suffer from the same ebay technical issue as you guys.
