Shipping rate table does not work. Has anyone experianced this glitch? When you add your rate table to the listing it shows as if it was applied to the listing then if you go back and revise the listing it showes that it didn't apply the rate table. This is only happening with new listings .

Its awful also we had a bunch of pictures disapear from our listings . It was a nightmare to try and find them . You should check all your listings to make sure all your pictures are in place .

>>So on older listings it still is there only new listings it gets unchechecked once you list the item
There very well may be a difference between a new but scheduled and not yet live listing, and a new live listing. Or could be only certain accounts are affected.
You still haven't answered whether you actually checked the listing from a buyer's view point, or are just noting the rate tables unchecked when you revise. Are the rate tables actually not being applied to the listings?
Maybe provide an item number for one of your affected listings and an area/state (Alska? Hawaii) and charge in the rate table that should be applying that I can check to see myself.

I have spoken to ebay 2 consecutive days for around 3 hrs on phone. At first several representatives assited me after first didn't know what was happening, nor why, nor how to solve it. Bottom line, they don't know how to fix it, they do are aware of this problem by several reports from other members but the more report it the fastest they will handle it :/.
Save your free listing or with cost to create new, this just doesnt work even creating a new one (lost there 1 free listing by doing it so and ending early a listing loosing +45 watchers....
This problem is affecting Custom International Shipping Rates created by seller, they do not update after adding them. this in Fixed priced listings but working ok in Auction Style for past and new listings.
If you have Custom International Shipping Rates set up, and havent updated, just DONT UPDATE, at least not until they resolve this. If you alter it, will pull the error and no way back.
DO add flat rates to your affected listings so system can pull that info after udpating, otherwise your listing wont show a shipping rate and will traduce chances to sell it and visibility... and in worst scenario, I was told by one representative that to her it was showing Free International shipping when I didnt have it set up as free shipping and will traduce to a problem if buyer assumes it is free shipping when is not... loss there too or a frustrated buyer if you cancel the order.
Also, please if anyone reads it, please keep on reporting and please add to report to request ebay to:
1) include a feature to Delete already created table rates as there is no option to delete previous ones and if you reach your max no way to create a new except by modifying an existing one, and
2) to add a feature when creating tables to be possible to Check All or Uncheck All cities per country, is just time consuming go city per city and it makes more time consuming to sellers to use the customs table rates so to provide international buyers different shipping options and more when you have services like DHL or UPS that divide their delivery areas into more than 5 areas and different rates in some cities to be included in other regions of higher costs.

It is not a browser problem, is on ebay end problem... Tried updating on safari, firefox, windows and nothing.
Not a problem of new fixed style listings, it affects previous fixed style listings if you update them.
Not afecting auction style listings, previous nor new.

For myself it happens on any new listing and also happened on 2 old listings when I changed the item location to a different city. It makes no sense but hey, this is Ebay. And to confirm what some others have said it has nothing to do with what shipping company you use. This a 100% ebay issue and I don't expect a quick or painfree resolution. I've been a member for 19 years, I know better haha.

Problems are fixed for the affected listings ... not by eBay (of course), but by me.
Bottom line is that these items will not be selling on eBay until they fix this software error.

I have had that happen as well!
I had to call Customer Service to get them to adjust the rates it was giving me. THREE times what the table had shown it would cost!!
