Shipped but Item Removed?

Hey guys! So recently I bought an xbox one s from a buyer, but then I got an email saying the account may have been compromised and the transaction cancelled. The catch is that it said the item shipped even though it's no longer listed. Should I be worried? I just don't know what to do: if I should just wait or ask for a refund. Thanks guys!

Did you receive an email from eBay?
I think you need to wait until the last estimated delivery date, before you can file a claim on eBay. You may be able to file with PayPal now.

If you got a message in your eBay messages box saying it was cancelled then I would not look for delivery of this item.  If the message was from eBay and not your seller then you should have already been refunded back to your paypal account or your CC if that is what you used to submit payment.

Refunds are done automatically through the eBay process so I would look at your paypal balance or your CC statement for a refund.

It's hard to say. It looks like they just marked it shipped, but having no tracking on a $200 item sounds suspicious.
What does their feedback look like?
Are they a big seller?

They aren't big, but they have good feedback! I also checked my paypal and no refund LOL but I did find his email to contact which I did. Has this happened to you guys before? I feel so worried lol.

I haven't, but it has been seen on the boards multiple times. You are covered through ebay and PayPal, so no need to worry.
eBay must of had a reason to remove it. You should have received an email though.

But is it good feedback as a buyer or a seller? You need to look at feedback as a seller. Most likely they have none, as this was a hijacked account land the feedback is probably a year old. Before you go to PayPal, use the "resolve a problem" link next to the transaction on your purchase history. You'll get a refund faster

Thanks everyone! I'm going to file a claim and see where it goes. I'm so impatient and I don't make purchases like this, so I don't want to risk anything. Maybe it'll turn up who knows! Thanks again :).
