I have 1 day handling for all items. Depending upon the time of day an item is sold it either ships same day or next morning. (Within 24 hours). I have not changed my account settings.
This morning I found this:
3 different buyers purchased items last night, Thursday 9/16, all at the same time 8:59 p.m.
1 order showed correctly - ship today, Friday, 9/17.
2 orders incorrectly show ship by 9/20, Monday. That's 4 days from date of purchase.
These 3 orders should all show the same ship by date of 9/17.
eBay has been showing buyers a notice that states Free 4 Day Shipping on my listings for months. Remember all the posts about that issue and buyer confusion when eBay started that? eBay staff said that was the estimated delivery dates. I recall this discussed on the Weekly Chat with eBay staff back then.
Anyone else experiencing this issue? Most buyers expect 1 or 2 day shipping times except in certain categories. Shouldn't eBay be extending delivery dates this time of year instead of shipping dates?

Is it possible that 2 of the buyers didn't actually pay until after midnight PT? If so, 1 day handling would mean it should be shipped the next business day which is Monday.
