Ship By Jan 1st ?

Has any noticed, that items that were sold on Saturday and Sunday , Have a Monday Jan 1st ship by date.  Kind of impossible , due to the fact that USPS, UPS, FED EX are not working. 

Any thoughts ?

I have 5 days handling time on all my items on all platforms. So I sold 3 items over the weekend, ship by Jan. 8. That being said, I will ship all by Jan. 3.

Weird, my ship by dates on my sold items from the weekend are correct, even though I see the Jan 1st date available on the label screen.

Today is New Year's Day. USPS is closed in observance of the federal holiday.

My shipping labels just printed with 01/01/2024 as the shipping date. 

As did my USPS scan form.

Will eBay remove late shipment defects for this eBay mistake?

Defects should be based on the date it had on the order not the label or scan form.

I've had numerous incorrect dates on the forms and never had a defect from it.

I have the same problem,  I have sent a message to eBay help and contact but obviously with no response because today is holiday for everyone.
