Sending a return l;abel to Germany upload don't know how

Hi i have a return from a lady in Germany she has taken out a case for it to be return to me Ebay are saying i have to upload a label and send it to her. Which is fine but how do i did it it is not very helpfull but want to get it sorted please help How do i buy the label? Thanks

How would you provide a return label issued by the buyer's post office?  US sellers cannot provide a return label for an international buyer and eBay knows this. You would have to send the buyer return shipping money and that could be difficult.¹

If she paid with paypal and if they still have that program where they reimburse Buyers for a return they have to do then it would help you and the Buyer. I had that happen where it was bad item and I had to retrn overseas and paypal reimbursed me for the cost. ALl I did was upload the receipt. You might want to look into that.

You can also just ask the Buyer to send you a receipt and reimburse them separately.
