I received item(s) not happy with item(s). Asked for return the day after I received item(s) and opened case. The seller closed the case the same day by refusing return. What recourse do I have?
Thank you.

If (1) the buyer delivered the item that was advertised in the listing, and (2) if the buyer does not accept returns ... then ... well ... there are no returns.
If you are not happy with the item, you can resell it or give it away to someone.

If the buyer does not accept returns then there is nothing you can do unless the reason for return is item not as described or arrived damaged.

If the seller has a no return policy nothing.

Why are you not happy with what you received? The reason may make a difference in how this is handled.

If the seller was able to close the claim / deny the claim. There is ONLY one way that can happen. The seller must have a No Return Policy and the buyer filed a Buyer's Remorse Return Request.

If it's not as described, you need to open a SNAD return and the seller is required to accept the return, if it's remorse on your part, the seller isn't required to take the return.
Ebay does not allow a buyer to open a SNAD after they lost the Buyer's Remorse Request for return.
