im currently having trouble with item I have sold not geting to buyer. This was the address provided and the guy claims it was wrong and wants refund, what about my 5,000 item that just disappeared?

If that was the address provided in by the customer, that is the only address you can ship to. It is the customer's responsibility to keep their ship to address up to date!

Is there tracking on the item? 
Did you have signature confirmation on the package as required by eBay? 
Posting someone’s name and contact information is not wise in a public forum.

Thats a freight forwarder, your pkg would be sent there, and then shipped to whatever country your buyer is in.
