  2. the ship is so badly damaged and I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THIS MODEL & I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PERFORM THE MASSIVE REPAIRS. I CAN T REPAIR IT PROPERLY & DON T WANT TO SPEND THE TIME. I VE SPENT 2 HRS TRYING TO CONTACT THE VENDER & AM UNABLE TO REPAIR IT NOR REPACK IT. UNCLE HO WOULD BE PROUD.  
  3. SPENT C. A. ON THE PHONE W/ups & i ASKED THEM TO SPEAK UP & THEY COULD WOULD TELL ME TO CALL AGAIN & HUNG UP.  HELP!!!!

If you are the buyer then you don't deal with the carrier you open a return on eBay with reason 'arrived damaged'

Of course you should not be responsible for repairs.

 

As noted in the other post, you should not be dealing directly with either UPS nor the seller. Just file a claim for item "Not as described."  If the seller wants to get the item back , they will provide a prepaid return label; otherwise they will just issue you a refund.  Here's a link to eBay's buyer protection  policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee":
