So i bought an item maybe 3-4 months ago and when the item came in i found out that it was fake so i requested a refund but the seller declined so is there a way that i can still get a refund

3-4 months go by and you found out today it was fake...curious to know what it was...and was it ever used.

You are given 30 days to file a case for a refund. So the seller no longer is obligated to give you a refund or accept a return. You stated it took 3-4 month to get the item. I am assuming you got the item from overseas like China. If you did then reconsider buying stuff overseas.

You actually get 30 days from the DELIVERY of an item to use the ebay 30 Day Money Back Guarantee- so if it took 5 years to get to you, you have 30 days from that 5 years.

If you've had it more then 30 days, there's nothing you can do on Ebay.

Contact your payment source and see if they can do anything.

they were lighting mcqueen crocs but they were new i just didn’t want fake ones and i found out they were fake after they came in the mail but the stupid ebay app wouldn’t let me get a refund
