I had started a return with the cellar when I should’ve opened the case. Is there anyway to cancel the return and then open a case? I was sent a damaged item and I’m wanting to send it back without having to pay shipping. I did try to work things out with the seller first but they stopped responding to me.
A return request is a case. Since it's for a damaged item, click Ask eBay to step in after 3 full business days without any seller response, and eBay will issue a prepaid return label charged to the seller.
