I had started a return with the cellar when I should’ve opened the case. Is there anyway to cancel the return and then open a case? I was sent a damaged item and I’m wanting to send it back without having to pay shipping. I did try to work things out...

I have started a return for an expired defective item. Then I was expected to pay return shipping I will obviously not be doing this and do not know how to open any case so I do not have to pay shipping. The seller is not helping me.
