I had to ask ebay to "step in" and start the return process for an item I bought recently.
Anyway I have to add tracking details of course and it doesn't recognize anything when I enter the details.
"Your tracking number is not recognized"
"Your carrier name is not recognized"
It's croatian main country carrier so yeah I guess it's only natural 🙂
Anyway I have to add tracking details, it's mandatory of course
"Add tracking details within 7 days of shipping the item. We'll send a refund when tracking shows the item is delivered."
Anyone had the same issue?
