So i had a seller who accepted my return but when does he send the refund exactly? After the item is sent back to his place or he needs to send it first before i ship it back? Not sure

Return question

Most sellers will not issue refund until they get their merchandise back. If sellers issue a refund first, many buyers will simply keep the items. Also many sellers will damage the items or remove components and the seller wants the item(s) back exactly as they were shipped to the buyer -- before-- issuing a refund.

If you wait to ship and you wait too long, ebay will close the case and you will be stuck with the item. Ebay will tell you how long you have to ship and how long the seller has to refund.

Get it in the mail ASAP, things will go better for all involved.

Return question

Dear

You'll get your refund after he receive the parcel

The only money you can ask him before if the item was damged or it wasn't as he discribed it is the shipping cost

you'll need to send it back

Best regards

Return question

Hello people,

The same thing has happened to me too.

The seller agrees to return shipping costs, but then everything is the same.

We pay for the defective item and pay to return it in order to receive a refund.

The funny thing is that eBay knows this and does nothing to protect customers.

Has anyone here ever needed to identify a seller to file a lawsuit?
