on 9/22 I was desperately looking for the rates for ebay standard delivery to invoice my buyer for a large package to the UK and when I could find them no where, called ebay and was told that the charges were the same as USPS because of some carrier use situation so I billed USPS Priority mail but the next day when printing the label the charge for ebay standard delivery showed as $60 and Priority was $78.80. I've previously been able to find this charge but there's no ability now that I can find!
