DearFirst of all why he want a partial refund if the item has a problem
ask him to return the item if there is no problem at all also ask him
the reason why he want the refund if he changed his mind he must pay the

DearYou can't do anything because EBAY doesn't accept any proofs they
just ignore them the only thing they trust is the buyers wordThe best
you can do if a problem appears accept a return NEVER BUT NEVER ASK EBAY
