I have a buyer who wants to a return a large item as a remorse return. Because I offer 30 day returns for any reason, I am obligated for the return label. I created a UPS label through Pirate Ship and have tried to upload it into the case. Once I attached the label there was a message it would scan the label and auto-populate the shipper info and tracking number. It would never do that, it just sat there grayed out. I then opted to "confirm I'd already sent a label" and added the shipper information. It took that info and now is confirmed that I have sent the buyer a label. However, I don't think the buyer ever received the actual label! I tried a message to the buyer but it will only accept photos as attachments and not a .pdf. What to do?

Print the label. Scan or photograph. Save as jpeg. Upload.
Scan is preferable to photo

If you got it on pirateship it comes out as a PDF.
Just google PDF to JPEG.
Takes 2 seconds, send via messages.
Why didn't you use a pirate ship usps return label, it's so much cheaper.
