Just had a buyer open a return, I approved and ebay sent them a return label, and then they cancelled the return. Am I only charged if they actually use the label, or do I have to do something to cancel it?

You are only charged if they use the label.

@secondlooksales
As long as the label doesn't get used, you won't be charged for it.

You will be charged if they use the label, but since they changed their mind and cancelled the return you are good. Once closed, a return cannot be opened again. Best of luck to you....

If ebay charged you and took the money out of your account and the label is not used just keep up on it and make sure they return your money. I had a couple shipping labels I paid for through the USPS that were canceled and never received my money back for over a month. Had to call them and remind them and returned my money.
