Stuck in transit

My order was due for delivery on December 15th it is January 17th and still no package and my tracking says processed through USPS facility in Washington DC. When is enough enough and I should ask for a refund. I just fell as soon as I do my package will arrive but it’s been well over a month now. Any advice is appreciated.

You've already waited to long for an INR claim on eBay. 30 days from the EDD was the cutoff. You'll now have to go thru PayPal or you credit card company.
