Just recently I received a email from eBay that 3 of my packages were delivered late to my customers and as a top seller I will be on probation for the next few weeks to keep my top seller status. With all the delays from the post office and the countless hours I spent with the USPS I get a warning? I ship same day or if ordered at night the next morning. Hey EBay, if your reading this maybe you should have sent these emails to the USPS and leaned on them a little bit and not your top sellers. What a Joke!

You could try a call to help and contact and explain you shipped them all on time.

Shipping is still running slow. A lot of sellers have said they ran into that with ebay too.

If you have a Handling time of 1 day and you get the package Acceptance scan done at your post office when you drop off the packages then you should not be getting dinged for a late delivery. The key is to make sure that Ebay can see that you shipped within your Handling time.

If your local PO is not bothering to do an Acceptance scan on your packages then it could be too late by the time the first sort facility does the Acceptance scan for them.

I certainly am not a topped rated seller. Yet even though I have generated a prepaid label I will not just drop items off at the post office they may not always be happy but I have them accept the item, weigh it and generate a receipt. Covers a lot of bases and takes only a little extra time.

Ugh, that's hard to hear after an exhausting holiday season of shipping misadventures.

I don't know if the dates of your "offenses" fall anywhere in the dates discussed in this "seller (shipping) protection" announcement (?):

If they do (fall in that timeframe) it should be useful to invoke that announcement in a call or email to customer service.

Luckily my local post office scans everything in the drop off bin in view of the public. I will not wait in line anywhere until the pandemic is over, especially at a post office lobby where people literally have no clue how to spatial distance six feet in all directions.

Ebay just stripped me from top seller statues because i didn't put tracking number inside their time table but it was. I put the wrong digit in a tracking number so I had to re enter it. Pathetic on Ebays part.

I am in a worse situation. I have 2 "Item not received" cases against me, I sent out the packages on Jan 4th & 5th, but they got stuck somewhere in USPS distribution centers. the last updates was from Jan 9th and 10th. I filed complaints with USPS and got an apology from USPS asking me to be patient, but neither the buyers nor eBay is patient with me.
