I had ordered an item from UK now in US but in wrong state!

 I had bought and item from the UK is hear in the US but is in the wrong state it was supposed to be delivered to Eden North Carolina to the exact Address but instead it changed immediately and is in Atlanta Georgia now and has been for more then 4 days since Jan 22 and ebay customer service royal mail and USPS cant give me straight answers for relocating my package!!!

Does the tracking say the package was delivered to an address in the wrong state or does the tracking say it's still in transit?  If it's still in transit then keep waiting, it hasn't been delivered yet and is just getting routed through the USPS system.  If it says it's been delivered, contact the seller and let them know there's a problem.
